Shipping & Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is our policy on shipping and returns, written in clear language to avoid confusion.

 

Free EU Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU. Once your order is printed, it will ship from our partner facilities in Europe. Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 8–15 business days, depending on your location and the product. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Please note that some items may arrive sooner than others, as we ship from multiple locations.

We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, Monaco, Sweden, Czech Republic, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Austria, Malta, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Italy, Ireland, Hungary, Greece, France, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Denmark, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands.

 

Customs and Import Taxes:

Since we only ship within the EU, there are no additional customs fees or import taxes for orders made within the EU.

 

Sustainable Shipping:

Our products are made on-demand, which means we don’t stock overproduction. This is one way we help the environment by minimizing waste.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them. To start a return or exchange, please email us at cncollective.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will provide the return shipping address in the Netherlands. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them (except for any defect or error). Remember to include all original packaging and tags.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns and ensuring that the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Apexx Store is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, expect the refund within a few days after we process it (the exact timing depends on your bank). Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost, as shipping is free within the EU. We also deduct any return label fee if our return service charges one.

 

Exchanges:

We do not directly exchange items. If you wish to receive a different size or design, please return your original order (as mentioned above) and place a new order on our website.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [owner email]. We will cover the return shipping costs for these cases and send you a replacement or a full refund.

 

Return Address:

All returns must be sent to our Netherlands address, which will be provided upon request.
